Antony measures every roofline himself, walks every job from first cut to commissioning, and stands behind the work for ten years on hardware. What exactly is permanent architectural lighting?
Permanent architectural lighting is a low-profile track system installed along your home's rooflines, soffits, and trim. The track itself is nearly invisible by daylight. After dark, integrated LEDs provide warm architectural lighting, full-color holiday displays, or anything in between — controlled from your phone.
Will I see the tracks during the day?
No. Tracks are color-matched to your home's trim and sit flush against the architectural lines. Most clients tell us guests don't notice them until the lights come on after dark.
How does the 10-year warranty work?
Every A&R installation includes a comprehensive 10-year hardware warranty covering LEDs, power supplies, and smart controllers. If a covered component fails due to a manufacturing or installation defect, we replace it at zero cost. Year-one labor is also fully covered.
Can I really run any holiday or event from my phone?
Yes. The smart system includes pre-built scenes for every major holiday — Christmas, Halloween, 4th of July, Valentine's, St. Patrick's — plus custom color and animation builders. Tap a scene; it activates. Schedule it; it runs automatically. Aggies blue on game day is one tap away.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations are completed in one to two days, depending on home size and architectural complexity. You don't need to be home — we coordinate access in advance and leave the system fully tested.
Does it hold up in Cache Valley winters?
Yes — and this is one of the strongest reasons to install permanent over seasonal. Tracks and LEDs are sealed for sub-zero temperatures and rated for our freeze-thaw cycles. No more setting up Christmas lights in November snow. No more taking them down in January cold. The system that was up for Halloween is the same system that runs your Christmas display.
